Maître Laurent Ries – holds an academic degree (international & private & business laws) with the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, France, admitted to Luxembourg Bar since March 1991, title “Avocat à la Cour” (High Court).  
 
Between 1994 and 1999, Maître Laurent Ries assumed a position as General Counsel with a private and investment bank and further he stepped over to another international bank and ICSD as world-wide corporate & legal counsel, Secretary General and General Counsel (Luxembourg, London and New York). Co-management of Euro implementation project and global international corporate restructuring, legal & tax, group wide. Board membership in London. Member of audit & IT committee, executive management board. Other line responsibilities: compliance and corporate secretariat. Secretary General of EIF (Edmond Israel Foundation) granting the European Vision Awards to European Politicians annually.
