Luxembourg - a financial place without rules and control ?

This opinion, wrongly admitted or sometimes shared by the international financial community, is based on a myth whose horizon we do not perceive for a very long time already. Like the new provisions on DAC 6 and the new rules relating to restrictions in financial matters, the bill as of 20.7.2022 reinforces the arsenal of the already existing control tools by modifying the rules established in 2008 aimed to implement an efficient inter-administrative and judicial cooperation - 20.7.22
